The JDM support website was created to provide optimal service to resellers. Information is available for various categories of users (with a commercial or technical orientation).

For each category, an employee of your organization can be authorized to register colleagues in order to allow them to also make use of the JDM Support website.

What you can find here
The JDM support website contains both general information important to all registered users, as well as information only available to employees belonging to a specific category.

The available general information comprises:

• Contact details (sales, technical support, miscellaneous);
• General product information (brochures, hardware requirements and software requirements);
• Manuals (both technical and end user);
• Overview of all end users (sold licenses, maintenance period end date);
• Overview of the PeterConnects® training courses;
• Release bulletins;
• Cases – Overview of questions, wishes and known problems.
  

Commercially oriented reseller employees will also find:

• Pricing information (such as the price list and a spreadsheet for easy tendering);
• A Quotation Wizard.

Technically oriented reseller employees will also find:

• The most recent version of the entire PeterConnects® software range (service releases);
• Bug fixes.
